Q: Is it ever appropriate to include a small token of your appreciation in a post-interview thank-you note? Maybe a Starbucks or Amazon gift card? Or how about something I’ve created, like a handmade gift (I create jewelry as a hobby).

A thank you card or email following an interview is highly recommended. But never a gift. This could be viewed as a bribe or a payment.
