Although there are exceptions (usually with Teacher resumes and resumes for students returning to college after years of work experience), almost all new college graduates should create a one-page resume. Regardless of the amount of experience you have, this can be done by being concise, focusing on your most impressive and relevant skills and experiences, and adjusting the font size, spacing and margins.
