Duplicate interview attire

My name’s Noelle.  I just got called back for a second interview.  The problem is, I only have one interview outfit and can’t afford to buy any more clothes.  And none of my friends are my size.  Will it look bad if I arrive at the second interview in the same outfit?

Should my cover letter repeat the content of my resume?

I feel like my cover letter just lists everything that’s on my resume.  What’s the point of that if they’re going to read my resume anyway?
