Another good question.
No, this doesn’t mean they only want elementary or high school principals to apply to the job. It means they will not deal with head hunters, or recruiters, or staffing agencies. The "principal" is the person actually applying for the job. So that’s you.
If you’re interested in a position and see ‘Principals Only” – go ahead and submit your application.
